Mīharo Murihiku Trust is excited to offer TWO scholarships to support Māori and Pasifika rangatahi to pursue the arts and reach their goals as aspiring artists. This scholarship is open to any Māori and Pasifika rangatahi between the ages of 16-24, who is based in the Murihiku region.
The scholarship is worth $2000 each and can be used to support any project within the arts, such as new supplies and equipment, music lessons, videography, and much more!
If you or anyone in your community is interested in applying, please submit an application form.

On the 23rd and 24th of October we will be celebrating the 5th anniversary of Central Lakes Polyfest! This festival is being held at the Queenstown Events Centre and will be complete with cultural art and educational stallholders.

Mīharo Murihiku Trust is a Māori and Pasifika cultural arts trust based in Murihiku, Aotearoa. We facilitate and manage cultural and arts events within the Southland and Central Otago regions. This includes events, workshops, exhibitions and projects with a strong focus on engaging rangatahi.
We provide meaningful and enriching opportunities for our community that are underpinned by Māori and Pasifika values.
